This one is for all my moms to be! I have seen the benefit of massage throughout different client’s pregnancies and it is SO helpful on your journey. As your body goes through changes and center of gravity shifts, receiving massage is a game changer. I have the pregnancy bolster where you can lay face down safely- yay!
Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle technique that follows your own unique cerebral spinal fluid rhythm. This technique will connect you to your inner wisdom. Another form of somatic therapy. If you are on a healing journey, this technique can help you reconnect to you and what you need. Also, a wonderful technique for headaches, migraines, post concussion.
